Pros!
- Unique blue-collar mechanic design with a weathered jumpsuit featuring a functional zipper and realistic grime effects.
- Two interchangeable light-up heads resembling spotlights, enhancing display options.
- Includes various thematic accessories such as a detailed Hodgepodge hatchet, anvil on a chain, and moonshine jug, which add playability and thematic depth.
- Comes with B3GO, an articulated mech pet that adds character and uniqueness to the set.
- Arm design features functional pistons that enhance the mechanical aesthetic.
- Head sculpt includes intricate details like scratches, dents, and mechanical elements, contributing to the figure’s overall design.
- Solid thematic consistency with accessories, particularly the grinder and anvil.
Cons!
- Limited articulation in the arms, especially at the elbows, restricts posing options.
- Proportions appear odd due to the reused Bluto body, resulting in a larger upper half and shorter legs.
- Limited selection of interchangeable hands compared to other figures in the line, restricting versatility in posing.
- Difficulties with battery installation for the light-up feature indicate poor design in that aspect.
- Concerns about the neck collar piece detaching easily during handling.
- Some reviewers noted the soft goods may be prone to wear with extensive handling.
Product Info
From the boxProduct Description
Former pit-fighter and 6-time, undisputed champ of the Rumble Arena - Kill Fighter Contest , Slugfest left all that behind for reasons unknown. He now lives a relatively secluded life with his companion, B3GO, tending to Pete’s Discardatory, where he runs his Emporium of Badassery and “resolves” situations for the right price. When you need something fixed, ya call in Slugfest!
The One:12 Collective Slugfest wears his familiar striped jumpsuit that features the Pete’s Discardatory logo on the back and a functional zipper on the front, weathered with stories of one who has seen it all. He is packaged with two interchangeable light-up heads with frosted front lenses, as well as seven interchangeable robot hands that can perform as his mechanical toolkit, and they are here to get the job done.
Slugfest comes complete with his Hodgepodge hatchet, an anvil on a chain, a moonshine jug with a removable cork, a removable leash in addition to his trusted companion B3GO— the Arachnidoodle mech pet with hinged upper jaw and articulated legs.
