Summary
Hmm…Unique to the One:12 Collective line, the Hela figure from Thor: Ragnarok features a highly accurate likeness to Cate Blanchett, with exceptional detailing in the head sculpts and costume that closely mirrors her on-screen appearance. The inclusion of two distinct head portraits—one with her iconic headdress and another with long hair—alongside accessories like her Necroswords, enhances its display options, although the absence of a cape is noted as a significant omission given its prominence in the film. This figure stands out not only for its portrayal of a complex character but also for its compatibility with other figures from the Ragnarok line, rounding out the collection effectively.

Pros!
- Highly detailed, film-accurate head portraits effectively capturing Cate Blanchett’s likeness with two distinct looks (antlered and long-haired).
- Fitted suit with metallic chest armor and striking green color closely matches the movie appearance.
- Two intricately detailed obsidian Necroswords included, featuring impressive weathering effects.
- Eight interchangeable hands provide versatility for varied display options, including sword-holding and posing hands.
- Articulated wrist gauntlets and ankle pivot with thigh swivel enhance posing flexibility.
- Display base with adjustable post allows for dynamic display options.
- Regarded as having one of the best head sculpts in the line.
- Excellent paint applications and color matching in the outfit.
- Soft plastic horns are textured and detailed, adding to the overall aesthetic.
Cons!
- Limited head articulation on the antlered head due to asymmetrical hair sculpt restricting upward movement.
- Arm articulation slightly restricted by the suit’s stretchy material, risking seam pulls if forced.
- Singular leg joints prevent crossing legs, limiting seated poses.
- Fragile soft plastic horns require careful handling to avoid breakage.
- Absence of a cape is disappointing, as it is a notable aspect of the character in the film.
- Pale facial sculpt lacks depth, with some reviewers desiring additional shading or paint detail.
- Some reviewers noted that the swords feel flimsy and may break easily with rough handling.
