Summary
Hmm…Unique to the One:12 Collective lineup, the Ash Williams figure from Evil Dead 2 features three distinct head sculpts that capture Bruce Campbell's likeness in various expressions, including a possessed version. The figure is equipped with iconic accessories such as a chainsaw hand, a sawed-off shotgun, the Necronomicon, and a severed Deadite head, enhancing its appeal to fans of the franchise. Attention to detail is evident in the figure's tailored outfit, complete with blood splatter effects, though some critiques suggest the likeness to Campbell could be improved.

Pros!
- Includes three distinct head portraits (heroic, surprised with blood, and Deadite Ash) with excellent paint detailing and expressions.
- Classic Evil Dead 2 outfit features a detailed cloth shirt, tailored pants, sculpted harness, and work boots with realistic dirt and blood effects.
- Accessories include the Necronomicon, sawed-off shotgun, chainsaw hand, severed possessed hand, and severed Deadite Henrietta head, enhancing display options.
- Over 28 points of articulation allow for expressive posing, with a well-designed ball neck joint improving head movement.
- Easy swapping of hands and heads with secure connections; chainsaw hand slides up the arm rather than relying on a wrist peg.
- Excellent paint application on heads and blood effects, particularly the naturalistic wet blood appearance and weathering on clothing.
- Detailed harness for the boomstick securely holds the weapon; the shirt tear is stitched to the pants to prevent snagging.
Cons!
- Head sculpts do not strongly resemble a young Bruce Campbell; likeness is often described as lacking or “soft.”
- Single-jointed elbows limit arm articulation and poseability compared to double-jointed alternatives.
- Shirt collar is too large and tends to stick up, affecting the overall appearance.
- Boomstick holster sits too low on the figure, resulting in awkward weapon placement.
- Shotgun paint is somewhat flat and could use more weathering and detail, especially on the wooden grip.
- Severed Deadite head and hand accessories lack display options beyond laying them flat.
- Right arm sculpt (bare arm) is thin with unnatural muscle definition, described as saggy or resembling an “old man arm.”
